Congratulations Ariam & Sahle!!

June 27, 2015

When I first met with Sahle and Ariam, I automatically feel in love with them!  They are the absolutely the sweetest and most genuine people you could ever meet!  Not to mention the most adorable couple!  I could see instantly that they were perfect for eachother!  And when I sat back, listening to how they met and watching how Sahle talked about his beautiful bride to be, I could immediately see in his eyes how full of love and admiration he was/is for her :)  This couple has built a 1 in a kind love <3

This was a weekend full of celebrations!  The American ceremony took place on Saturday overlooking the gorgeous Bay area.  Friends and Family from all over the world came to participate in the joyous event!  It was a long Saturday but the guests had such energy flowing throughout that time seemed to fly by!  Ariam had chosen 2 absolutely perfect dresses to wear for each ceremony.  From the park portraits to the ceremoy and evening festivities, Ariams beauty did not waver!

Sunday was the "Melse" ceremony.  Sahle and Ariams traditional Ethiopian wedding attire was beyond stunning with the black velvet and gold accents!  Even more guests came out to celebrate with them for this part of the weekend.  There were many traditions from the mens celebratory entry march entry with swords and beautiful drumming, to a tall floral arch of white and yellow gladiolas held by the women.

So much dancing and singing going on, it was hard for me to not join in on the celebration!  Im so happy I was asked to be part of it though!  What a beautiful event, and such an honor to be asked to capture it!  Thank you Ariam and Sahle!!  Now lets check out more pictures!! :D
